Data Protection
The protection of your data is of particular importance to us. We therefore process your data exclusively in accordance with legal regulations (GDPR, Telecommunications Act). In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.
When you visit our website, your IP address, the start and end of the session, are recorded for the duration of that session. This is for technical reasons and therefore constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Unless otherwise stated below, we will not further process this data.
Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. („Google“). This analysis tool uses cookies to collect standard logging information and visitor behavior on our website in an aggregate form. The information generated by these cookies about your use of the website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA or other countries outside the EU and stored there. Cookies are used for this purpose, which enable an analysis of the use of the website by its users. The information generated in this way is transferred to the provider’s server and stored there.
Your data will only be processed if you have given us your consent.
We have concluded a corresponding contract for order data processing with the provider of the web analysis service.
Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 (3) of the Telecommunications Act (TKG) and Article 6 (1) (a) (consent) of the GDPR.
We only store your personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfill our obligations to you. However, due to our retention obligations, we generally store your personal data provided in connection with orders for seven years after contract fulfillment.
If you have only registered for newsletters and to receive promotional information in accordance with Section 4 and are not a customer of ours, we will store your data until you revoke your consent.
You generally have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation, and objection regarding your data processed by us. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can complain to us at sc@growthuc.com or to the data protection authority.
